RESCHEDULING & CANCELING LESSONS POLICY
All private lesson scheduling is done through our main office administration. If you are cancelling a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, please contact your teacher directly. Otherwise, please do not contact your teacher directly to reschedule or cancel lessons. To reschedule a lesson or for any scheduling questions please email our main office at info@vesperschoolofmusic.com or text us at (503) 298-5434.
Vesper School of Music requires 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson. If we do not receive 24 hours' notice we will not be able to reschedule the lesson. If a student requests to reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice Vesper will make every effort to accommodate the request, although we cannot guarantee the lesson will be rescheduled. We are no longer offering refunds for cancelled lessons.
Students may cancel or reschedule in advance up to one lesson per month. If the student cancels a lesson before the next payment is processed, the student will not be billed for the lesson. However, this is limited to one lesson per month.
As working musicians, our teachers will occasionally have performances that conflict with lesson times. If this occurs, students will be notified in advance and we will arrange for a substitute teacher for the lesson. If we are unable to provide a substitute teacher the lesson will be canceled and the student will not be charged. Musical performances are necessary for our teachers to maintain their skills and value as educators.
HOW TO RESCHEDULE A LESSON
All private lesson scheduling is done through our main office administration. To reschedule a lesson:
Email our main office and include the student’s first and last name and name of their teacher
List the lesson(s) you need to reschedule
Include days and times that are possible for the rescheduled lesson
